التطبيق اول يطلع صوره المخالفه اما الحين من شهر الصوره ماتطلع بس تطلع موقععا اما صوره المخالفة ماتطلع اتمنى اصلاح الخلل في التحديثات القادمه للضروره القصوى

So sad i cant even reset my password now i need my absher for medical shahada for my baladia card tommorow i cant go to my work ;(

المفروض تغيير كلمة المرور تكون بعد عن طريق ارسال رمز لنفاذ اي شخص يملك معلوماتي يقدر يغيره خصوصاً أن السؤال تاريخ انتهاء الهوية و يقدر بعدها يغير رقم الجوال و بالمرة خلوه يفتح بصورتنا مو بس برمز التحقق

الشكر لكم اولا واخيرا على ما قدمتوه في هذا البرنامج ، وحبذا لو يتم اتاحة العمليات الموجودة في الموقع الالكتروني والتطبيق في نفس الوقت دون العودة الى الموقع والاكتفاء بالتطبيق مثل تجديد الهوية الوطنية

التطبيق رائع و لكن بعد التحديث الأخير يسوي كراش على طول نظام الجهاز ١٥.٤.١

iPhone 7 iOS 15.2 مشكلة الخروج التلقائي مع تطبيق أبشر

In this update there is so much problems few times i try to show my ID OR DRIVING LICENSE after signing in the App say no information available ! And every time I switch off my iPhone it sign me out and when I try to see my digital cards it doesn’t show , plz check and fix the problems as it was working good before this update , thank you

The ABSHER App is neither working on my mobile devices nor on Laptop from last 2 days . Message appearing An error occurred. The server could not reached. Retry. Best Regards thanks

في خطأ يطلعك خارج التطبيق 😓

أتمنى اضافة جميع المواعيد لخدمة حجز المواعيد و اصدار تحديث للتطبيق بذلك حالياً لا يوجد سوى الأحوال المدنية و الجوازات فقط و التطبيق الآخر ( أبشر الأفراد ) فيه اضافة شهداء الواجب و السجون المرور و غيره غير موجودين.

بالفعل تطبيق اقل ما يقال عنه انه جبار جميع الخدمات بكبسة زر واعتقد سيكون التطبيق الاول لجميع الخدمات

توجد مشكلة لم يتم حلها في كل التحديثات مؤخراً، عند الذهاب للمخالفات المرورية و ذلك لمعرفة موقع و مكان رصد المخالفة على الخريطة لا يمكن العودة للتطبيق بتاتاً حيث ان الخريطة تصبح محل التطبيق و الحل للرجوع للتطبيق هو اغلاقه بالكامل و اعادة الدخول من جديد

التطبيق يقدم خدمات وتسهيلات جبارة ولكن للأسف تجربة المستخدم سيئة وغير مريحة: ١. شاشة ادخال رمز التأكيد OTP تتطلب ادخال يدوي للرمز، مع أنه من الافضل استخدام خاصية التعبئة التلقائية من الرسالة النصية. ٢. عند استعراض موقع المخالفة المرورية يتم فتح الخريطة داخل التطبيق ولا يمكن الرجوع لتطبيق أبشر الا بإغلاق التطبيق وتسجيل الدخول مرة أخرى.

I can’t access the app abroad unfortunately

يستحق الاشادة تطبيق جبار وتحديثات مستمرة واضافة خدمات بسرعه يستحق 5 نجوم وبقوة

التطبيق ممتاز منذ اول ان تم اطلاقه لكن في الفترة الاخيرة من حوالي ٣ اسابيع لما ادخل عليه صار ما يفتح، ويقول لي ما معك انترنت على الرغم إن النت عندي شغال وكل بقية البرامج تشتغل عندي ممكن تحلون المشكلة بتحديث مثلاً؟

Best app for electronic governmental services, make life easier and environment friendly, and reduce paperwork.

Please review the app again, to much issue during the time. Server stability and exiting from the app. I think need to increase the server to accept more user to enter in the same time

Cant write English alphabet to login the app

Can’t log in due to Captcha input field is only available in Arabic numbers. Can’t change the input to English! Tried to write the captcha outside the app, copy, then paste it; but copy & paste is disabled
